More cans, asks Burger

PARKSVILLE - City councillor Chris Burger told council he noticed there is lots of foot traffic along Stanford Avenue, and he discovered a large quantity of bagged dog feces.
"There's no garbage cans whatsoever,"Burger said.
"I don't know if you've ever walked with a bag of poop,"he said, adding, it's not fun.
